IS THIS LIKE A “CELEBRITY TRAINER” SERVICE?

No. Our work takes both a holistic and realistic approach, customized and scalable to your specific needs, priorities and budget. We have 5 Pillars of Health we work across: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and mindset. Your plan can lean into as many or few of those pillars as needed - whatever is most essential to you.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Given our work is so personalized, we don’t list a fixed price online. However, we believe health should be available for all budgets, and promise to work with you to make it happen if you are interested.

IS IT VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON OR BOTH?

Generally, virtual. However, if in-person work is of interest, let us know in your consultation and we can discuss!

WHAT IF I WANT ONE SPECIFIC THING, NOT ALL THESE HEALTH PILLARS?

Totally fine. In our consultation, we’ll discuss your needs - no matter how specific - and make them happen. We’ve got you.
